I officially cancelled direct tv after one year of service because my bill unexpectedly increased $30.00 a month after speaking with a rep she advised My rebates was only good for 12 months!!! I felt so betrayed because the sales men advised my bill will never be over 100 a month. I immediately asked to speak with a manager or someone to fix this problem and I spoke to the cancelation department who offered to credit 15 dollars for 12months I advised this representative that I would not have switched from twc if I wanted to continued to have an adjustable bill my terms where simple bring my bill back to the normal 90 a month or I walk. This rep was more concern with how I was speaking about this issue then correcting it and cancelled my service. I officially hate this company and will never refer a friend again. Tyrell fulwood
