My wife got involved with Directv (2 year agreement) through a bundle package with Verizon back in 2009.in each and all but one of the following months, Directv continually over-billed her through Verizon. She would call Verizon, who would tell her to call Directv, who would tell het to call Verizon who would send her back to Directv. Eventually, after numerous calls and hours on the phone, Directv would adjust her bill. Then the next month they would overcharge again, sometimes upwards of $180 a MONTH! She finally got tired of the frustration & emotional stress and cancelled the service, at which time Directv insisted she owed for early cancellation. She insists that they were continually in breach of contract by billing her more than the advertised package. Now we are in a dispute with Directv over early cancellation fees, which she would not have cancelled had Directv been able to get their monthly billing the same as the advertised package.
