Dish Network removed my local channels - Dish Satelite Network

Moved to a new location and upgraded to the hopper. I was receiving all the channels in my package including local. Two weeks later I upgraded to 2 hoppers to better fit the household and my local channels were gone. I called customer service multiple times with people either transferring me or just hanging up on me. When I finally got through they told me they had done an audit on my account and that I was not authorized local channels. I told them how can that be if just 48 hours ago I had them and now I don't. They said my physical location does not receive local channels and that my 2 options are to deal with no local channels or cancel dish completely and pay $240.00 cancellation fee. I told them that this should a breach of contract or something and they said no because they are covered by a clause. I said this is not right because I had the local channels 48 hours ago and you guys decided to remove them right after I signed the extension and are now forcing me to deal with it or pay up. The manager said yes that's right and there is nothing he could do about it. Dish is the worst and if your planning on going with them don't.
