Failure to give the correct information regarding HD Channels. 2 person from dish network told us that 2 tvs will work HD channels in 1 receive

We decided to get H.D. Channels. So we inquired to Dish Network. We spoke to 2 customer service representatives, on two independent periods, in regards to getting H.D. Channels on our T. Vs.

We currently have two units in our house and we asked specifically that we wanted both T. Vs. To have H.D. Channels. Dish Network told us that we will have to get 1 box for additional $50 plus the installation fees.

So we decided to get the H.D. Channels. Unknowing to us the day of the instillation; the technician was installing the receivers and mentioned that it will only work on (1) T.V.in order to have H.D. Channels on the other T. V, we needed to have another receiver installed. He also mentioned; we will have to add an extra $7 on to our monthly payments to have another H.D. Receiver.

Please note however, the 2 customer service that we talked with did not say we needed to have 2 receivers in order to get H.D. Channels on both T. Vs. We asked 2 different customer service representatives (Angel and Mark) and they told us that 2 T. Vs. Will have H.D. But never mentioned about getting another receiver to support the other T.V.
