When i asked what i was to get i was told that the service that they sugested i was to get all the chanels that adelphia was giving. I was not hooked up for 3 days. Than it was done wrong.
The company sent out another tech. He changed some things, i still did not have all local chanels. We needed another dish.
I was then told that i did not ask for the extra dish. I did not know i needed it. Thats there job. After 5 times back to the office i asked for the contract to be canceled because they did not give me the complete service that i was told i would get. I was then told that i only had the first 3 days to cancel the order.
I didn't have the dish for the first 4 days. Then it was not done right. I have called and e-mailed dish many times. They have still not disconnected me. I feel that since i have not received the full service i should not be charged any fees to disconnect.
Dish and intertech have told me that i need to keep the dish for 18 months or pay this huge fee. I don't think so. I am putting a sign under there dish since it's just inside my sidewalk. Every body will see it. Dish sucks. Thank you.
