Unhelpful representatives and return boxes sent to wrong address

This company sucks, the people whom are supposed to help don't know what they're doing! It got so bad that I just canceled my service and paid the fee. And after that they still couldn't send the return boxes to the right address. What a crock... Never go through direct tv!!!
