While I am very satisfied with my Directv service, I am appalled that I paid for each of the converter boxes I have and still pay a rental fee every month. Why am I paying a rental fee if I own the boxes? If I cancelled my service, Directv would not ask that the boxes be returned because I purchased them. So should they pay me a rental fee?
I would like to see a class action suit to accomplish two things: (1) eliminate the monthly rental charges and (2) refund rental fees.
