I decided to disconnect my service because the monthly fee was just killing me for reruns. I called and found out my disconnect fee would be $120. Great. They sent me the boxes, and I sent their receivers back. The same day they got the receivers, they took a $270 withdrawal from my bank account.
The withdrawal was absolutely unauthorized! The only way they got the card was that I had used it to pay my bill some prior month. I never allowed them to do direct withdrawals. I had even called them and told them the receivers were shipped.
The thieves took my money, and now they refuse to return it! I was told by a Matt, who claimed to be a supervisor, that they would return it "soon." When is "soon"? I am so angry, and I am thinking of contacting the attorney general's office to file a complaint. Do not do business with them!!!
