I canceled my service with Direct TV and within days the company pulled 150.00 dollars from my checking account. No bill was sent to me for my review... To make matters worse they used an expired / canceled credit card that I had on file. I would have appreciated, if DIRECT TV had sent me a bill for my review, and then I would have been more than happy to send in a final payment. What is the purpose of balancing a checking account if Direct TV just go into my checking account and pull out money at anytime. No need to bill someone, No current credit card on file, no problem we will just use this old canceled one. It seems this is the policy of direct TV because if you google Direct tv rip-off it seems you have a lot of complaints. Companies like this come and go and its just a matter of time. As far as me, I will guarantee you I will never use DIrect TV again...
