Your DVR, given by AT&T U Verse died yesterday. We dropped 30 hours of registered development. This occurred likewise in May and AT&T U Verse delivered a technician 24 hours later to supply us having a new dvr. This time around, however, we were informed that it'd charge $149 to get a technician to come quickly to our home or we're able to delay at least of 3 times in order for them to deliver us a brand new dvr. We'd also provide the duty of shipping back the faulty dvr. We were informed this is their fresh "procedure".
We don't believe this "procedure" is reasonable towards the customer.
