We have three receivers. Not all three react the same. Ch 203, (HLN), will appear on the bedroom TV but not show on the other two TVs. It was very disappointing when U-verse dropped the Hallmark channels. We have additional channels periodically not working. We have had TV picture freeze but that seems to have passed. My wife regrets installing U-verse. I would switch back to Direct TV but we are moving in six months. I will discontinue U-verse at that time.
The service and performance is very disappointing when considering the monthly recurring charges. I will never recommend U-verse to friends.
