AT&T turned off my DSL. Then when I called and agreed to take the U-verse they said I could have a free tech install it. I declined at the time. My DSL was supposed to come back on but it didn't. It took 2 hours with the phone tech to re-establish my modum and wireless router configuration. I called back to get the free tech to install the U-verse next week and they said they would charge $99. So the salesman lied. I have been a customer since SNET was bought by this monopoly and stuck with it because of my Yahoo websites or I would dump them. I want to cancel the U-verse order but am afraid they will turn off my DSL again and I we won't be able to work. I will continue to complain wherever possible...
