U-Verse installed (TV, internet, and phone) Since then - nothing but problems; have lost more than 40 hours of work time becuase of hours spent on the phone (average call lasts from 20 minutes to 60 minutes to receive phone help) or waiting for repair call.

I am now researching cable companies, as well as other services. BTW, I have both my cell phones with ATT, so I will be researching new cell companies.
ATT does not have its act together and this "new product was rolled out way too early.
