Having been a satisfied user of ATT DSL I called in for tech service and was convinced that I should upgrade to U-verse. What I was not told is that U-verse was not fully functional in my area and therefore the performance would actually be inferior to my DSL. Basdically watching videos and managing my emails has been more difficult often with page feature that do not work. I regreat the change and can only say that U-verse is highly experimental in my opinion and ATT is trying to fine tune it with customers like me. 10 years with ATT and now I am looking for another provider. I DO NOT recomment U-verse.
