Reserved a room for Memorial Day weekend fourteen days ahead of time simply to have BookIt.com contact me the day I had been departing (evening prior to the reservation) to inform me the resort was "not able to accomidate my demand" single-room, 2 bedrooms for just two people and 2 children... Not requesting much. After 45 units about the telephone informing me it'd be another 21-24 times to get a refund (that we explained was undesirable) I had been informed the refund could be total within 48-hours and next it had been as much as my lender to reimbursement. We went forward to the location and remained 1/2 time apart (no problem simply less handy) simply to find the resort had MANY areas available. Won't ever employ or suggest this journey website later on as their stability appears to be at zero with their customer support.
