I am very disappointed in this company. From the beginning, they have been dishonest and rude. I switched my service from Ready Refresh to Culligan Sarasota in December 2024. Since then, they have gotten my monthly order wrong for 3 out of the 7 deliveries they made.
When I informed them that I was moving out of state, they told me I was in a 24-month contract, which I knew nothing about. Now they want me to pay for 16 months of a service and product I will never receive. They are crooks and they prey on the elderly. DO NOT sign up with them!
