We Remained at Wyndhum resort North Park for just one evening and ended together the Next evening due to a family crisis. The resort assured us a credit for that 2nd evening. Bookit.com would wait till the resort may acknowledge for that credit. After many telephone calls to bookit to obtain the credit again from Bookit.com we got a contact stating the resort didnt honer the credit. Quite false, Pity on Bookeit. They desired to lay on the cash the resort credit it back again to them. I eventually got bookit to acknowledge that they can credit one nicht back again to me today. Bookit is extremely uneven organization and horable support. Wyndham resort was good to check out on the credit. Because of great people like Vonny at Wyndham resort. Pity on Bookit. I'll never use bookit.com again.
