I'd arranged an area in the Palmer House in Ohio. These were designed to start in March. These were not available over time for my journey. Bookit.com had the Palmer Home create a fresh reservation for me personally in a lesser-quality resort. After I talked to bookit.com they did nothing to fix the problem. I wound-up paying three times what my area was worth.
Won't ever use Bookit.com again.
