Lazy Days Timeshare Vacations of Winter Haven, FL. Guaranteed that the would sell my timeshare for a fee of $199.00 with in 12 months. If it did not sell I would be refunded my $199.00.

I have tried to get my money back since 2009 and finally agreed to a monthly payment of $33.25. After 2 payments the 3rd check, for $33.25 bounced for insufficient funds. They do not return my phone calls or e-mails. The balance is $148.00 and I now feel they should pay the intrest from 2010.
