Toughest customer support actually! Our buddy and that I reserved areas in NY through bookit and we each received confirmation emails. Nevertheless the evening before we quit my buddy named the resort... You thought it — no booking. Our buddy invested more than 6 hours - I'm-not feeding — MORE THAN 6 hours about the telephone attempting to perform it out. They did hardly any to create up for that period and stress. Prevent guide-it no matter what!!!
