Creates reasons to deny your award after your spend three months trying to get your travel arranged

The below letter explains it all after they denied my travel request saying it was too close to a national holiday, Father's Day. They say the requested travels dates can't be before or after 10 days from a nationally observed holiday, which i understyandf and complied with. Fasther's day is not a nationally or state observed holiday.

You have to be kidding me! I have researched all state, federal and national holidays, and Fathers day is none of those. Fathers Day is an Observed day. I am attaching a listing of all 2012 Federal, Texas state, National and Observed holidays. Fathers day is NOT a National holiday. One list shows countless other religious, traditional and informal holidays, and Fathers day is on that list, along with Epiphany Day, Groundhog Day, Arbor Day, Cinco de Mayo, Womens Equality Day, and Halloween. Surely you dont count these days as state or nationally recognized holidays. Would my request be declined if it were next to Tax Day!!! One list I am providing specifically shows that Fathers Day is NOT a National Holiday. People dont get a day off for these days. You have made no attempt to specify what days you consider as holidays which implies the excluded day are those identified consistently as National or State legal holidays. I expect to hear back from you shortly on your being able to process my trip as expected and as I have complied with all requirements. I am also willing to pay additional for more premium dates and accommodations. If I do not hear back from you favorably, I will be sending a complete package of all correspondence to the Texas State Attorney generals office for their involvement to try and get you shut down in the State of Texas and national wide as mail fraud is a federal crime. I trust you understand that by using the U.S. Postal service for your promotions and then scamming people out of promised and contractually obligated performance for your financial gain, you are committing mail fraud, which opens you up to criminal and civil charges. I look forward to hearing from you by May 11th or I will have no choice but to proceed in contacting the State attorney general and my own attorney.
