We were traveling from the east coast to the west and had to make emergency flight
changes and when we booked the changes Orbitz incorrectly booked the return flight
to the wrong city. After three months of customer service emails and phone calls they
said that there was nothing they would do to help us and I quote "Now that we have
your payment we are not going to give your money back". I had used Orbitz for
years but now that I found how bad Orbitz's customer service is I'll never use them again!
