Flawed travel info - AIRLINE TICKETS

Booked an international flight with Orbitz. Called the airline to confirm and they couldn't find my reservation. After a lengthy search my reservation was found with United but my reservation was shown on US Air with Orbitz. Called United and they confirmed my reservation but couldn't fix it since it was booked through Orbitz. When I asked United if they had this happen before and he stated that it does happen with Orbitz. I had to argue with Orbitz to get them to get the reservation corrected through British Air, due to their booking; took over an hour. When I complained about not being notified about the change or mistake the orbitz employee hung up on me, not even an apology. Called back this time to log a complaint and got no better customer service but did receive an apolgy before she hung up. Had I not confirmed with the individual airlines, I would have missed my flights.

Terrible service and even worse customer service.
