These men are a complete fraud. I arranged a resort through them-and they charged my charge card. Fortunately I examined their online website a couple of days later and unearthed that the reservation was "on demand". I named them to discover exactly what the offer was plus they stated they've been really hectic plus they might contact the resort immediately to determine when they might secure the area. They mightnot. But, they currently charged my charge card! You know what else... The area was NEVERTHELESS on their site to guide. They stated these were still upgrading their site. Puhlease, exactly what a fraud. I'll delay a couple of days to determine when they provide me my cash back. Or even, I'll start a chargeback.
Another notice, I really returned online to obtain the same resort and discovered an internet site named DHR.com. I ordered there. But you know what? DHR.com IS Otel.com. They're exactly the same organization! Therefore today I've 2 billed expenses from these fools. Stay away from these men.
