I booked through Otel.com to get a space in the Allegro Resort in Cozumel, I actually talked to some repetition to ensure that people had the improved space and we were certain we did and so I went forward and reserved.
I got it upon myself to contact the resort to verify the scheduling and that I was informed I just had a budget space, I named Otel.com to verify the update and was guaranteed we'd it.
Once more I named the resort but nonetheless no change, I appeared into the text and discovered Otel.com employed various space types and text towards the Allegro we'd actually improved to some Substantial space which actually was the Allegrois budget space for that upgrded cost! I attempted to obtain caution but Otel.com aren't thinking about altering our space or there text about the website, it's also late to rebook for all of US once we are going tomorrow but anybody considering scheduling through the corporation beware and examine the area kinds from the real resort website!
I'll be applying Travelocity as time goes on and spend a bit more to obtain what I'd like.
