Otel.com Consumer Complaint - Canceld reservation after card charged

After having reserved a room for 4 nights in Fairmont Hotel in Shanghai through Otel.com (reservation ON-52987675) and after receiving a confirmation from Otel.com and directly from the Hotel, and after be charged by Otel.com on my credit card, I received an e-mail from otel.com where they say that due to some problems in their system, unfortunately the rate confirmed was too low (by their mistake) and for that they canceled my reservation (which has been confirmed by the hotel). I consider this attitude very unserious and unacceptable. I answered to their e-mail but I'm still waiting their answer.
I'll report that to the italian Authorities and I'll try to bring them in a court through my lawyer.
Don't use otel: com!!!
