I was contacted over the phone for a "fantastic vacation". The man selling the vacation said my name was selected off the computer and that it would only cost me $198 for a family of four.
I have never been to Florida and thought it would be a good vacation to take my son to disney world.
I was told that I would have to make a deposit of $49 to start the package. When I looked at my bank account several days later they had charged me $51, the other $2 went to some children's fund, they also charged me $29 for a mini-vacation to give to a family member or friend.
I called three days after agreeing to buy this package and was not treated well, they told me I could cancel but would not receive a refund and that I could sell this to someone else.
I have been trying to dispute this with my bank, but I have to give them more information before they can help.
I will receive a refund no matter what cause I am not going to give away my hard earned money.
I have read some others complaints on this site and I am going to use there advise.
