I received what looked like a great deal from Ramada Plaza Resorts last March or so. I called in to see what it was all about and was immediatley pressured by the representative to make a decision at that very moment. The rep said I was only allowed to call once and that I must give them a credit card number over the phone to secure this great deal. I was never told that this was non refundable.
I was sent the info by mail and after viewing the promotional video sent in a $100 deposit for one of the bonus trips. I did read the information and no where did I see that it was non refundable.
My plans have since changed as my husband and I will be expecting a baby this year. We do not want to take this vacation and have called Ramada Resorts twice to see about getting a refund and have been denied.
After the first denial I tried to look up information on this vacation package on the internet and only found complaints agaisnt this company.
I have paid Ramada Plaza Resorts $699 already and want this money back. They have not provided me with any services and have no right to keep my money.
Please help me!
