This group called us about some shopping thing. Customer service said that they had sent it out, but we never received a thing. Then our account is debited 19.99. I gave them a call and they did not even apologize for a misunderstanding. She just told me that I had to write a letter to get a refund. I asked her if I would really get a refund and told her about the reports of fraud from them. She said that it was simply because people didn't cancel in time and that we would get our refund. I want them to prove it!
