I arranged an area in the Harvard Square Hotel. After I got towards the resort I came across that my space, my blankets, my towels, certainly the whole resort was highly fragrant. This can be a significant problem for me personally. I'm disabled. I've asthma and severe lethal allergies to fragrances and smells. The resort declined to complete something about that. Since I have arranged the area through Hotels.com, I'd togo through them to alter the scheduling and discover another resort. Hotels.com found me another spot to remain, next door. What used to do not uncover before following day, was that Hotels.com billed me over $1000 a evening for this alternate resort. After I named to protest, they stated they might provide me a-10% discount but normally their fingers were linked. They stated I ought to keep in touch with the resort manager.
