I bought a computer for my grandson, and it was not on sale. The salesperson told us that if it went on sale within 60 days, we would be credited the difference between the price we paid and the sale price. It went on sale for $300 less, and when we went to get the credit, they only gave us $106.00. I spoke with them, and they tried to tell me it was on sale, even though I asked the sales rep that day if it was on sale. We had a big argument with them and never got the full credit. It's the last thing I will buy from them, and I'm telling everyone what they did. The manager was very rude to my grandson when he went in to show him the sales slip and prove it was not on sale.
