I booked a room through hotels.com, i asked for a room on the beach with an ocean view. When we got there it took almost 3 hours to find the hotel, we called the hotel to get directions no one answered. When i found it it easnt wat i asked for, it was across the busy street infront of other hotels that had an ocean view. Upset after finding this we booked a room somewhere else. They told us we wouldnt be charged for it and we was. I cant talk to anyone at hotels.com. So they pretty much stole my money giving me a hotel i didnt ask for. I will never book through hotels.com again.
