We recently journeyed to Vegas, via car, on the company journey, 5-day stay, and had issues with the client support at/with Paris Resort. I should note it was a company journey not really a holiday and created resort reservations three (3) weeks just before appearance. We reserved a low-smoking space because of medical issues, COPD/ASTHMA and settled the very first evening costs with this charge card. We attempted to check on in at 5:15 pm but since my spouse's title wasnot about the reservation slide she wasnot permitted to examine us in while I wasnot looking to get with-in ablock of the resort with our vehicle. I forgot to say that London protection had the road stop down, this is exactly why my spouse leap from the vehicle with this reservation/verification slide displaying 2 people, my identification and charge card. Although waiting in-line for twenty minutes she was informed that she could not examine us directly into our low-smoking space since her title was not about the verification fall.
