My reservation through Orbitz.com May 1 from Cincinnati to San Diego through Houston and same on the return was a frustrating and out right bad experience. On the flight to San Diego the connection was not 40 minutes as described due to change I suppose by airline (Continental). But... On the return from San Diego, I could not check in online or at a kiosk at the airport because ORBITZ had booked me on a connecting flight that left 45 minutes before the arriving flight was scheduled to get to Houston. United had to completely redo my ticket. Furthermore, the reservation I printed as confirmed from Orbitz had an entirely different itinerary. Good thing I was able to get on a connecting flight. Terrible.
