Our "confirmed" flight and "confirmed" seats through Orbitz were a joke. Our seats were changed on one flight, and we were bumped from another flight. We had to fly to another city and pay $108 to a shuttle service (which we had to find on our own), or wait until the next day to (maybe) fly home. The airline said Orbitz needed to pay for the extra cost or provide a refund. Orbitz said the airline had to do so. Will we ever use Orbitz again? Not a chance.
