My flight was supposed to get me from BWI to LAS on 4-6 and return on 4-9. This is the criteria I specified when booking my flight. My itinerary, however has me returning 12 hours after arriving in LAS Vegas! Customer support, after more than 2 hours of hold and transfers, insists it was my own fault. I do this for a living, I know how to book a flight online, it is the only way I book flights for myself or my clients!
Bookit.com will not be getting any more business from me, or anyone I represent. Avoid this SHAM service!!!

I have already spoken to two supervisors in your customer service dept., both of whom insisted this was an error on my part. But it seems I am not the only person with same or similar complaints about your company. Perhaps it is time to take a look at your flight selection and purchase flow. I had no choice but to change the flight with bookit.com, this cost me an additional 150.00 fee in addition to the flight's price increase of 149.00.
