Ketchum's Best, Inc. Flight reservations

Please callme re: two reservationsmade through Bookit that I need to change the names on. Flight is scheduled for April 15. It is impossible to talk to a supervisor or anyone in authority to make this adjustment even through Bookit information says the airline has the customer service savy to do so. 208-720-1412 Dwo Wahjono
