Global Vacations Administration
Funds Not Sent

Was contacted by John Rodriguez in the first part of Nov. Asked if we would be interested in salling our time share that he had an interested buyer. WE agreed to sale the time share for an agreed price of $41,800.00. There was no mention of fee and taxes up front. John phone us back and said thet there was a transfer fee required of $4180.00 and phone again and said the Mexican Gov needed their taxes $8,092.00. Then there was an Excess tax $4598.00 that was also reqiured. All these fees and taxes were to be reimbursed to us by the purchaser as he was buying in the name of his buisness and could us it as a tax wright off. We would of not gone ahead with the deal otherwise if all those expenses were to be diducted fromm the sale price. The last payment was wired to Aliance Esrow Services out of Chicago IL on the 14th of Feb, as they were the people that handle the money transfer all these funds, were transfered to a Bank in Puerto Vallart Mexico and transfered to AES Administration S. A de c. V Ramon Corona #347, Col Centro de Salud, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, C.P. 48280 Aliance (address is 70 W Madison ST, Chicago IL 60602, USA). Email [email protected] and phone 312-428-4396. We were told that we would recieve our funds within two to three days of our last payment as Aliance had the funds and were waiting for the last payment from us and every thing was a go. Have tried to contact both Global Vactions and Aliance Esrow Services by phone all we get now is an answering machine at both places. Leave a message a number of times and no call back. Now all we get when we call is the mail box is full the same applies for the e-mail no reply. All we want is the money we forward to them in good faith. I had checked into Aliance Esrow service with the BBB of Chicago IL and they had stated that the company had been around since 1974 and had a triple a rating. That was one of the reasons that we went ahead with the sale. This doesn't seem to be true.
