Use another agency instead! I called and book over the phone and they can't book my flight and my daugther flight with 2 credit cards. He booked my flight is fine but while they are booking my daughter flight, the price gone up. Why can't he book at the same time and pay with 2 credit cards? So he wait for the price to go up and try to book the same exactly flight for my daughter. Price gone up $300 in 5 minute because of the stupidity of sale rep. Who I can't even understand his accent. I ended up cancelling my flight but they charge me $25 fee. Is this fair for customer? Stay away from them!!!
