I have been trying for 36 hours to book a ticket with Greyhound Bus es Canada. I am an overseas tourist. I have made all the necessary schedule inquiries and attempted to book online. The website would only accept a Canadian credit card. Same with a telephone booking (which includes an extra fee). My partner's sister tried to book our tickets. Greyhound—the nerve of the company—wanted an extra $18 for a "gift ticket." So then I tried the Vancouver station; I wanted to make sure that if I went there I'd get some service. I got an answer phone promising me I'll be called back. This service is the pits!
