I purchased a round trip ticket and the e-mail confirmation only sent the first half. Greyhound told me I had to purchase a new ticket since I could not print the second half (THAT THEY DID NOT SEND). Also, I learned even if you purchase a ticket it does not guarantee you a spot on the bus... So be careful. Customer service over the phone re-reads and repeats what is already printed on website, so if you are looking for help, you will not find it. Even when they mess up, the best you can do is get a voucher.in the end, the only positive thing about greyhound is the price. I guess you get what you pay for...
