I had purchased a bus ticket to NYC with GREYHOUND, I booked the ticket about 2 weeks earlier. I had a plane ticket to Germany next day, Bus would arrive to NYC at 11.00 am and I would have enough time to get to the JFK.

That night the Greyhound bus which supposed to be in ERIE service station at 12.10 am never came:) When I called and asked about delay, customer service rep. Said service between Cleveland and buffalo had been cancelled, they didn't want to talk further, they hung up the phone, Even Greyhound had my contact information (when you book they get your mail and phone number) didn't contact me and help me to change my travel plan, I tried to call their nearest bus station where they had for 24 hoursservice, but they didn't answer to the phone calls, their employees were rude, yelling at me and they were telling me that they were not responsible for my travel plans, finally when I asked for refund for the ticket, they said I should have mailed my request to their dallas service location or hq. And they said it would take 2 months to get the refund the ticket

I am telling this story to everyone, this company is not a reliable company and have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, They don't have quality and they will never have!!!

I am from Europe, I have never seen such a bad service company in my life before.
