Customer Service?

I called Customer Service to ask why I could not print a ticket for someone who lived in my home, specifically my 85 year old mother. I was told that if I was paying for a ticket and was not the passenger that a "gift" fee of $21.00 would be assessed. I explained that my mother lives with me and did not have a credit card she could use. I was told the rules apply. I asked if they provided anything by way of customer service for the elderly. I was told to call another number for internet problems. I think I got the same person, because the answers were identical. Overall, the answers were rude and very difficult to understand the accent. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold and I believe the same person came back on line trying to disguise his voice. The accent was so ridiculous, that I was not able to understand anything except this was the rule. Rules could not be changed.

My complaint is that there are no courteous "Customer Service" people who are trained to work as a "Customer Service Agents".

By the way, if you join their Road Rewards (which is a joke), one of their questions is "What is your primary race/ethnicity". I really am not predujiced as I have many different races within my own family. However, I resent that you can be American Indian/Native American or African/American. How about White American and not just White/Caucasion. I was born an American. If color or race matters than so should white.
