This was my first time taking a trip using Greyhound Bus line. I have never in my life seen a business where every employee was rude. My nephew got hit by a car and killed this 4th of July so I called to see if I could change my travel date back home. I tried to call the station where i was leaving from, no answer. I tried to call the customer service line, no answer. I then called the number to purchase a ticket over the phone, I got through to an agent but immediately he started to say "I can not hear you call me back." I asked him can you hear me now, he replies "no" i asked again if he could hear me, he again replies "no." I asked him if you can not hear me how are you answering my questions? The agent got beyond rude screaming in my ear saying "mam you need to call back, you need to call back, you need to call back" I asked him if you can hear me asking if you can hear me why do i need to call back? His reply "because i said you need to call back i don't want to take your call" what is the purpose of this bus line when no one ever answers the phone and then when you get through to someone they are incredibly rude? When i finally called back someone else answered when i asked to speak to a manager he transferred me to the same guy that i had the first issue with. Greyhound needs to be shut down completely then maybe the owner will realize maybe i should hire a different type of employee at ALL of my locations. I am and African American woman and every single employee i have dealt with is nothing but GHETTO! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE it was the worst travel experience of my life
