I'd purchased a ticket for new york from pittsburgh for a friend and we arrived one hour ahead of the scheduled departure and when we showed our ticket we were told to wait at the corresponding terminal. There was no one else at the terminal apart from another passenger. At the scheduled time of departure a customer service rep from greyhound comes and tell us that we've missed our bus! There were no announcements, we got there on time, we showed our ticket and we were asked to wait. And now we've been rescheduled to a 2 am bus which is not express. This is absolutely the worst customer experience I've had in my life and I don't even restrict this to bus services. I'd like to concur with another customer who has posted earlier and say, greyhound= NEVER
