Straight Talk customer service = speaking to someone in a "call center" that doesn't speak or understand "fluent" English. What ever happened to the time when you called a customer service number, and you actually spoke to someone that was an "American", that could assist you with no language barriers?
When you call these people at Straight Talk, they are very difficult to understand, and they don't understand plain English. Imagine that. I am a "true" American, and I have to try to talk to someone that I cannot understand, while sitting in my home, in my "American" country... This "outsourcing" crap by all of these companies needs to stop. If they weren't so cheap about paying people, we could talk to English speaking people when we called a customer service number for assistance.
The bottom line here is, "Straight Talk offers good service, quality phones, and great calling plans, but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.."
Final Grade for Straight Talk Customer Service = "F"...
