Greyhound Canada Customer Service

I attempted to purchase an advanced booking Return Ticket from Kamloops to Vancouver BC. I tried to purchase this ticket online as I had successfully done in the past and at a certain point it would not allow me to go further as the "service was not available on this schedule" I did contact the 1 800 number that was provided on the website for use if you couldn't purchase on line. I was quoted a price of 98 dollars (compared to 58 on line) and when I questioned the difference when I was more than willing to purchase on line, I was basically told Take it or Leave it. When I persisted. I was given another 1800 number. This time I was quoted a rate of 60 dollars but would end up paying 71. When I questioned the additional 11 dollars I was told it was tax. Since that would have been over 18% tax, I questioned again and was basically told to take it or leave it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the fare would be 58 but there would be $3 dollars and change in taxes and a $10.00 charge to process the credit card on phone orders.
I have to say that I thought both the front line ladies were frustrated with my questions and seemed rude with their responses. The kicker was that I had been asked at the beginning of this saga if I would participate in a phone survey after the call. When the call came, I was told to press! If I wanted to complete the survey. I did so... Repeatedly!!! Never got any closer to taking the survey. It seemed clear that Greyhound Canada really didn't care about my opinion. This was reinforced while I was at the Bus Depot purchasing my ticket in person from a VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE AGENT At least 3 people in line said they had the same experience and the ticket agent said she frequently heard this complaint about the "Customer Service" Survey The ticket. When purchased at the station was $58.00 plus 3.15 tax. This seems to be an American site but it is extremely difficult to find a Canadian address to complain to. The one on the Greyhound Canada Website is very focused on problems encountered while actually on the bus.
