They call non-stop even after I told them to take my name off the calling list

These idiots call 2-3 times a day even after I demanded multiple times that they remove me from their calling list. I asked to speak to a manager a couple of times and was given various excuses and even hung up on. They sound like they are based in India so whatever you do, do not say "yes" to any of their questions.
