Hotels.com does not refund when they receive double payment. Paid for online with credit card and hotel charged the credit card again. Could not get this resolved. Now, two hotels with same name in same city and went to the wrong one. Hotels.com will not honor refund even though the manager of the hotel stated the party did not show up because of the same name of another hotel which they were aware of. Will never use them again
