I booked a hotel in Houston and did get a confirmation number from Hotels.com. After flying 10 hours and getting to the Marriott hotel, the hotel told me they were overbooked. They were for day's and still Hotels.com send them reservations. The Marriott Hotel called Hotels.com times after times to stop making reservations. After being on the phone with them for a couple of hours, they relocated me. But in a very bad hotel. What can you do!??
